A programme of regular weekly or bi-weekly 30 or 45 minute sessions for employees
In each session participants will be guided through a meditation tailored to their needs and taught a repertoire of breathing techniques to use
An initial consultation is included understand your organisations needs, culture and values to shape the programmes
The sessions are accessible to all levels and build up the practice over the course of the programme
